SSB Coaching in Dehradun -The SSB full form is Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB). It is responsible for guarding the borders of India and maintaining law and order within their area of jurisdiction. It is one of the largest paramilitary forces in India, and hence every year, it conducts a highly competitive recruitment examination for various posts in the force.

The SSB Recruitment Examination has multiple stages. It starts with an online registration process, followed by a physical endurance test, a written examination and finally, a medical examination. It is designed to test a candidate's level of general knowledge, reasoning ability and basic mathematics skills. The physical endurance test entails various events like the racing, long jump and the shot put.

Candidates who qualify for the SSB examination are selected on the basis of their overall performance. All candidates who clear the recruitment test will be sent for a medical examination. The medical examination further assesses the physical fitness of the candidate and checks for any communicable diseases/illness/impairment.
